P&R Cedar Lake
Cedar Lake
A magnificent destination for outdoor enthusiasts, locals and visitors alike enjoy watching the water come to life in the morning and the activity on the water during the day. Summer is filled with fishing, skiing, tubing and wakeboarding, jet skiing, lying on the beach or a peaceful boat ride up the Cedar River. Cedar Lake also provides opportunities for winter activities such as ice fishing, snowmobiling and ice motocross. Watching the sunset from the lake is a stunning way of ending the day in Nashua. Formed by the dam on the Cedar River, the lake covers 470 acres and is approximately 9 feet deep. The lake is a fishing paradise from the boat or shore. The lake is stocked with smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, bluegill, bullhead, channel catfish, crappie and walleye. Catfish are usually located around brush piles and in deep areas of the lake. Walleye and smallmouth bass are abundant below the dam.
